Completed Plaster / Stucco / Stone / Special Projects
Old Colorado Athletic Club
Location: Aurora, CO
General Contractor: Old Vine Management
Scope of work: The contractor wanted to dress up the front of the building for resale. DCP installed a EIFS system with esthetic grooves and four different colors. Black color was installed into the joints and a metallic finish on the small squares. The installation of the EIFS and the design of the grooves and finish add a nice touch to the front entryway of this building.
